QA are seeking an accomplished and strategic HR professional with over 10 years of experience driving people initiatives in fast-paced, high-growth environments. You will have a proven track record of partnering with senior leadership to align people strategy with business goals, enhance employee experience, and lead change management across diverse functions. Adept at navigating complex organisational structures, implementing performance and engagement frameworks, and fostering inclusive workplace cultures.Manage complex employee relations issues, mediating and resolving conflict when necessary• Lead on the people aspects of business transformation and change initiatives, ensuring effective organisational design and modes of working Identify gaps in internal capabilities and performance and build strategic recruitment and development plans to achieve desired business results• Oversee effective implementation of all annual cycle events working with the People Operations, Talent and Experience team• Project manage key People initiatives alongside the People Experience Managers• Advise and coach leaders and managers on People policies and practices and interpersonal skills• Flexibility - some travel to other sites within the UK will be requiredSound talent management and workforce planning experience• Generalist knowledge base, with strengths in change and/or talent management• About QAAt QA, we believe the future belongs to organisations that are able to learn, master and apply new skills at pace and scale.
