Maintenance Manager (MandE) - Seal Sands My client is a bulk liquid storage provider operating terminals strategically placed across the UK. They currently require a maintenance manager to be based at their site at Seals Sands on a permanent basis. Role: Responsible for day-to-day oversight of terminals maintenance staff, planning and executing all maintenance activities associated with the safe and efficient running of the regions. Responsible for preparing a rolling weekly and monthly lookahead for planned/unplanned works. Lead a team of maintenance technicians across multiple sites. Ensure the reliability, safety, and efficiency of all equipment and facilities. The maintenance supervisor is responsible for scheduling work, supervising technicians and ensure methods are appropriate and risks assessed and suitably controlled. Ensuring compliance with all legislative, industry and site regulations. STOP work authority for any activity that is deemed unsafe. Line management of maintenance technicians and discipline supervisors. Supervise and assign daily tasks to maintenance staff, ensuring efficient workflow. Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities to identify maintenance needs. Provide training and mentorship to maintenance personnel to enhance skills and knowledge. Ensure all mandatory training is completed within the maintenance team. Planning and management of asset inspections. Ensure adequate support out of hours. Any other tasks that may arise in the
