The role ensures regulatory compliance, audit readiness, effective incident management, and continuous improvement of QHSE standards across a complex, multi-country portfolio, while acting as a trusted advisor to both CBRE and client stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: QHSE Leadership and GovernanceImplement, manage, and review the Strategic QHSE Plan, leading initiatives and best practices across all QHSE management areas.Act as the primary QHSE subject-matter expert for the client account.Interpret and apply client EHS, quality, and compliance requirements, including Quality Agreements and Service Compliance Questionnaires (SCQs).Provide pragmatic, risk-based advice on scope, applicability, and contractual obligations.Monitor and report on QHSE performance trends, ensuring legal and contractual compliance and adherence to established metrics.
