The Role

As Senior Project Manager, you will take responsibility for the successful delivery of complex and high-profile projects from initiation through to completion. You will play a key role in shaping and delivering transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with business strategy, timelines, and objectives.

This is a leadership role where you'll be directly accountable for the project portfolio, supporting both business-critical change and long-term organisational growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full project delivery lifecycle, from entry to closure, ensuring all projects are delivered on time, to budget, and within scope.
• Take ownership of the transformation project portfolio, ensuring resources are allocated effectively and risks are identified and mitigated.
• Lead and deliver strategic projects, ensuring they are scoped, structured, and aligned with organisational objectives.
• Drive programme governance, reporting, and escalation processes to maintain delivery momentum.
• Act as deputy to the PMO Manager, supporting with steering meetings, reporting, and embedding best practice across the business.

Experience and Qualifications

• Significant experience in senior-level project and programme management.
• Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of transformational change would be highly desirable
• Knowledge of projects delivering change with SAP or Salesforce would be desirable
• A proven ability to manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced environment.
• Expertise in both Waterfall and Agile project methodologies would be advatangeous
• Project management certifications (APM, PRINCE2, or equivalent) would be highly advantageous.
