About the Role We are looking for an inspiring Healthcare Trainer to join our team and deliver outstanding training to our care and support staff. You will: Deliver high-quality training and support to learners, ensuring exceptional standards of care. Keep accurate records of training progress, staffing plans, and bookings. Support activities that enhance the learning experience and the quality of care. Maintain effective communication with branch managers and the management team. Respect the individuality, confidentiality, and needs of each learner. Tailor your training style to suit different learning preferences. Travel to our branches in Gateshead and Middlesbrough to delive
