As a result of the ongoing growth within the team, they are on the hunt for a Private Client Tax Manager to join their team in Hertfordshire and play a key role in leading client work, supporting the team, and helping drive the firm forward. Responsibilties include: Working closely with the Tax Principals and wider team to deliver high-quality work and keep things running smoothlyManaging your own portfolio of clients, building strong relationships and becoming a trusted adviserReviewing complex personal, partnership and trust tax returnsSpotting tax planning opportunities and working with clients to put them into actionSupporting and developing junior team members through review and day-to-day guidanceHandling HMRC enquiries and compliance mattersGetting involved in advisory projects across the firm as they come upThe Individual: CTA qualified (or equivalent)Solid experience in personal tax within practice, with at least 2+ years PQEComfortable managing a client portfolio and taking ownership of workSomeone who enjoys working with people-both clients
