We re actively recruiting Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) to work across a range of SEN schools in Sheffield, supporting pupils with Autism, SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs), and complex learning difficulties. About the Learning Support Assistant Role Full-time, long-term roles available in inclusive and well-supported SEN school environments Provide 1:1 support or work in small groups with students who may be non-verbal, have emotional/behavioural challenges, or need help engaging in lessons Assist students aged 5 18 years in small class settings that promote calm and tailored learning Work closely with teachers, SENCOs, and therapists to deliver individualised education and care plans Who We re Looking For We welcome applications from individuals who are: Experienced in working with children or young people with SEN, either in education, care, youth work, or support roles Calm, patient, empathetic, and genuinely motivated to support children with additional needs Adaptable and flexible to meet the varied needs of students and school environments In possession of a valid Child and Adult Enhanced DBS, or willing to apply (we can assist) Pay and Benefits Competitive daily rates: £93.83 £105.00, based on experience and level o
