Role Overview This is a hybrid role: 50% Sales Administration identifying target prospects for the sales outreach 50% Internal Talent Acquisition Sourcing, screening, and coordinating top talent for our internal hiring. You''ll play a key role in ensuring that both our client pipeline and internal capability pipeline remain healthy and aligned with our growth goals. Key Responsibilities Sales Support ( 50%) Research and identify target clients and key contacts across priority sectors (Financial Services, Fund Administration, Logistics, etc.). Build and maintain a prospect database/CRM of companies that align with our service offerings (consulting, managed services, staff augmentation). Internal Talent Acquisition ( 50%) Work with leadership teams to support internal hiring. Source candidates across LinkedIn, job boards, and networks, and manage the recruitment life cycle (screen, schedule, coordinate feedback). Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future roles.
