5 years'' experience working in a professional kitchen, with specific experience in delivering high quality food?

At least 1 year experience as a Head Chef?

A keen interest in sustainable kitchen practices?

The ability to develop menus in line with brand guidelines, with an eye on creating a strong reputation both locally and nationally?

A commitment to quality, and the ability to train a team to deliver exactly the same quality in your absence?

A passion for learning and progression, for yourself and your team?

Great knife skills and professional kitchen demeanour- a leader by example.?

An eye for detail?

The ability to remain clear, calm and organised in a busy environment?

An excellent communicator, both verbal and written?

Confident in kitchen administration, to include management of food and labour costs, Health and Safety and rotas.?
