Were looking for a Senior Sales Executive who can hit the ground running, drive revenue, and bring our one-of-a-kind experience to life for our guests. This isnt a starter role

we want someone whos hungry, commercially sharp, and ready to convert enquiries into bookings with style, pace, and confidence.

What youll be doingOwning and converting guest enquiries across The Piano Works site(s).Building strong client relationships that drive repeat and referral businessMaximising every opportunity through upselling, packages, and creative event solutionsDelivering consistently high conversion rates with minimal handholdingWorking closely with our BDM/Sales Manager to grow sales performance across the brandActing as a true brand ambassador

ideally in hospitality, events, or venuesSomeone who thrives in a fast-paced, late-night, music-driven environmentConfident, resilient, and target-focused, with a natural ability to build rapportStrong organisational and admin skills (bonus if youve used Collins Booking System)Passion for cocktails, live music, and unforgettable nights out
