If you’re as confident in the boardroom as you are in the project room, and you’ve helped organisations navigate complex change with clarity, this could be your next big step.This is a high-impact, client-facing role working at the heart of business-critical technology programmes. You’ll be advising some of the UK’s most well-known brands on how to land strategic change—whether that’s through ERP, Cloud, Data, AI, or IT managed services.Bringing structure to ambiguity—designing bespoke change strategies, comms, and training plans• Building relationships that last: from the C-suite to front-line users• Helping grow the OCM practice and mentoring junior consultants along the wayExperience across core OCM pillars—impact analysis, comms, training, leadership engagement• Familiarity with target operating models, agile change, and enterprise-wide transformation• Company bonus• Excellent pension, private healthcare, and ongoing development supportEmployment type
