Overview We are seeking a skilled and passionate Sous Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in supporting the Head Chef in the daily operations of the kitchen, ensuring that high-quality dishes are prepared and served efficiently. This position requires a strong background in food production, team management, and culinary excellence, along with a commitment to maintaining food safety standards. Responsibilities Assist in the preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes in accordance with the restaurant''s standards. Supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure smooth operations during service. Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed to ensure efficient kitchen operations. Uphold food safety standards by ensuring proper storage, handling, and preparation of ingredients.
