Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate daily activities of production staff involved in pipe manufacturing. Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications to guide production. Allocate tasks, monitor workflow, and drive on-time completion of production schedules. Ensure all operations comply with health, safety, and environmental standards. Conduct quality inspections and ensure finished products meet required specifications. Train, mentor, and support the development of production team members. Collaborate closely with engineering, quality, and logistics departments to resolve production challenges. Maintain accurate records of output, materials, and labour. Identify and implement improvements to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
