You will play a key role in supporting the coordination and delivery of projects across a range of sectors including education, healthcare, commercial and residential.

Working as part of an experienced MEP team, you will contribute to the production of high-quality models and drawings, supporting design integration and ensuring the successful delivery of coordinated building services solutions.

The Role

• Produce and coordinate Revit models across a range of building services projects, supporting efficient digital delivery.
• Support BIM workflows and the production of high-quality technical drawings and project information.
• Assist with model management, coordination and data integrity, ensuring consistency across project deliverables.
• Work closely with engineers, consultants and wider project teams to support collaborative design and coordination.
• Contribute to the delivery of multidisciplinary BIM projects, supporting integration across all disciplines.
• Maintain and uphold BIM standards, model quality and best practices throughout project lifecycles.

What They''re Looking For

• Proven experience as a BIM Technician within building services or MEP environments.
• Strong proficiency in Revit, with the ability to produce and coordinate detailed models.
• Minimum 5 years'' experience working in Revit on live projects.
• Solid understanding of technical coordination and BIM processes.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within collaborative project teams.
• High attention to detail, with a focus on model accuracy and quality.
• Experience working on MEP / building services projects within consultancy or contractor environments would be highly advantageous.
