Due to expansion, there is now an opportunity for-an experienced and driven Operations Manager to lead the-project delivery team. Reporting directly to the business owners,-the successful individual will oversee all operational-aspects of each project, ensuring projects are delivered wihtin the time frame, safely and within budget-

Responsibilities include ;

• Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple mechanical projects.

• Lead project planning and resource allocation to ensure smooth delivery.

• Manage and mentor all site supervisors, and subcontractors.

• Liaise with clients and main contractors to maintain strong working relationships.

• Ensure compliance with health & safety, quality assurance, and environmental standards.

• Monitor project budgets and timelines

• Drive continuous improvement across operational processes

The successful individual ....

• Proven experience in a senior operational role within a mechanical contracting or MEP environment

• Strong understanding of HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical services in construction

• Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills

• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously

• Sound knowledge of construction health & safety legislation and best practices.

• Commercial awareness with strong contract and financial management skills.

• Relevant industry qualifications (e.g., HNC/HND/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Construction Management).
