HR Business Partner Healthcare About the role Reporting directly to the the HR Director, the HRBP will ensure that the organisation meets all required HR standards and legal requirements. The HRBP provides a comprehensive HR service which ensures that managers and employees are equipped with best practice to foster a high-performance culture. Although leading a team, the HRBP can expect to be hands-on and will be required to assist with the management of the overall HR operations and the delivery of strategic objectives. The HRBP is expected to work within and promote the company s ethos of Safety, Comfort and Care. Naturally, this will involve things like overseeing employee relations, managing cases, supporting employees and managers, onboarding, training, compliance, policies, maintaining records and more. You ll know all that though because you ll have broad HR responsibilities in your current role. Together, you ll keep everything running smoothly, guide the business through continued growth, and help promote an efficient, happy workplace. Due to the nature of the business and the need for you to be accessible to colleagues, this role will be office-based full time. There may be travel to other sites within the business so a car is provided with the role. About you You ll have broad HR experience and hold a minimum CIPD Level 5 diploma.
