This is a key leadership role responsible for driving health, safety, and environmental performance across the site, ensuring compliance with UK legislation while promoting a strong safety culture. As the HSE Manager, you will lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of health, safety, and environmental systems within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will work closely with operational leaders to embed best practices and ensure a safe working environment for all employees. Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, implement, and maintain HSE policies and procedures in line with UK legislation and industry best practiceLead site risk assessments, audits, and inspectionsInvestigate incidents and accidents, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actionsDeliver HSE training and awareness programmes across the organisationMonitor compliance with ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 standardsProvide expert advice to senior management on HSE mattersManage environmental initiatives including waste management and sustainability programmesLiaise with regulatory authorities and external auditors where required RequirementsProven experience as an HSE Manager or Senior HSE Advisor within manufacturing, engineering, or industrial environmentsNEBOSH Diploma or equivalent qualificationStrong knowledge of UK HSE legislationStrong incident investigation and risk mana
