We are seeking a talented Part 2 Architectural Assistant with experience in premium residential projects to join our growing team.The RoleYou will support the delivery of high-quality residential projects from early concept through to construction, working closely with senior architects and directors. The role offers excellent exposure to detailing, coordination, and client-facing work on bespoke, design-led homes.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist with design development for high-end private residential projectsPrepare drawings and documentation across RIBA Stages 1-5Produce detailed drawings with a strong focus on materials, finishes, and craftsmanshipSupport planning and listed building applications where requiredCoordinate with consultants, suppliers, and specialist subcontractorsPrepare presentation and client-facing material to a high standardAssist with site information, drawing packages, and design queriesSkills and ExperienceEssential:RIBA Part 2 qualification (or equivalent)Experience working on high-end / luxury residential projectsStrong design sensitivity and attention to detailProficiency in AutoCAD and/or RevitStrong skill
