There is opportunity to grow within the business and also for study support.Key Responsibilities Maintain accurate financial records and update accounting systems and spreadsheets.Process daily banking transactions, customer receipts, and supplier payments.Manage sales and purchase invoices, ensuring transactions are recorded accurately.Monitor customer accounts, carry out credit control activities, and allocate incoming payments.Reconcile supplier statements and resolve account discrepancies.Process employee expense claims and petty cash transactions.Assist with month-end reconciliations, accruals, prepayments, and management accounts preparation.Support budget preparation, forecasting, and statutory reporting requirements.Respond to finance-related queries from customers, suppliers, and colleagues.Maintain organised financial documentation and support process improvements within the department.
