SEND Teaching Assistant - Mainstream Primary School - RomfordWe are seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEND teaching assistant to join our fantastic three form entry mainstream primary school in Romford. This is an exciting opportunity to support pupils with additional needs in a welcoming and inclusive environment where every child is encouraged to thrive.Our school in Romford is committed to providing outstanding support for all learners and is looking for a motivated SEND teaching assistant who can make a positive impact on the academic, social, and emotional development of pupils with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities.This full-time position requires a commitment of 5 days per week, working from 8:30am until 3:30pm, and offers a daily rate of 95- 100 per day, dependent on experience.The RoleAs a SEND teaching assistant, you will work closely with teachers and the SENCO to support pupils with a range of additional needs within a mainstream classroom setting. Support may be provided on a one-to-one basis or with small groups of pupils.Your responsibilities will include:Supporting pupils with SEND to access the curriculum and engage fully in lessonsDelivering targeted interventions and small group activities to support learning outcomesProviding one-to-one support for pupils who require additional guidance and encouragementAssisting pupils with social, emotional, and behavioural developmentAdapting learning resources and activities to meet individual needsSuppor
