As a Platformer, you can expect to be an integral part of this dynamic environment, contributing to the success and efficiency of our operations.Duties

We are looking for a Platformer with:Efficiently handle all incoming help requests through the help desk ticketing system, telephone, email, or in person.Approach each request in a positive, helpful, and constructive manner, with the goal of maintaining high user satisfaction.Foster strong relationships between the IT Service Desk and the rest of the company.An interest in computing and a strong desire to learn are essential for this position.
