We''re looking for a Head of Individual Giving to join our ambitious Public Fundraising team. You''ll be a leader who can advocate effectively for our core purpose, reminding people internally and externally that we''re a charity. You''ll appreciate the ambition and drive to deliver growth through our Individual Giving products, help create a new Community Fundraising programme and build on the success of our Mid-Level Giving programme. You''ll work effectively with membership and marketing colleagues as well as the wider fundraising team to grow support and integrate the three core areas of the Individual Giving programme. Alongside this, you''ll bring a fresh perspective to our new strategy, to help create the right environment for growth and drive an ambitious and curious culture across the team. You''ll be someone who can effectively lead and inspire a passionate team.
