The role: Join a brand new service in Knowsley, where support will be required 24/7 to ensure the highest quality of care and support is provided at all times to individual with complex care needs/autism.As a Specialist Support Worker you will provide personalised care and support to an indivudal with complex care needs and autism on a 3:1 basis. Assist with daily living activities such as personal care, medication administration.Work with support and care plans tailored to each individual''s specific requirements, ensuring their safety and well-being.To enable and support people to be actively engaged in their living environment and within their local communityDeveloping positive relationships with the people being supported, focussing on individual outcomes. Working with the team to deliver the things that are important to the people we support.Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with organisational policies and legal requirements.Adhere to all health and safety protocols, safeguarding policies, and confidentiality standards.Flexibility to work
