Manage a portfolio of factored properties across the Central BeltConduct regular property inspections and site meetings with ownersWork closely with contractors and suppliers to ensure excellent service deliveryOrganise owner meetings to discuss property matters with individual owners or resident groups when neededUse Microsoft Outlook to manage diary, prioritise tasks, and stay
