This critical role will support the delivery of our strategic estates development projects to contribute to the implementation of the college''s new strategic plan 2025-2030.Key Responsibilities For The Role Include
Providing commercial and technical leadership for the college''s strategic estates developments including land acquisition, building of new facilities, and related commercial property agreementsEnsuring that the strategic estates projects are delivered within agreed budgets and deadlines and to stakeholder satisfactionProcuring and managing professional teams and contractors to deliver the strategic projectsActively engaging with key stakeholders and civic institutions to build close working and supportive partnerships to ensure advocacy and commitment for our projectsEngaging with relevant funders to realise the strategic projects through helping to secure financial supportIf you''re excited about the scope of this role and the opportunity to have a real impact in a place that makes a real difference to lives, then read the job description to find out more and apply for this position today.What We Can Offer You
As the successful candidate, you will be offered a salary of between £60,407 - £70,028 per annum based upon a combination of the skills, knowledge and experience that you can bring to the role.Our Benefits
