Business Development Manager

We are looking for a proven Salesperson to join an established local company as a Business Development Manager. The position, which is office based in Bicester, is looking for a motivated individual to identify and generate new leads, driving growth and increasing market presence. Using excellent communication and negotiation skills, this position will play a key part in supporting the success and development of the business. Offering £35,000 per annum with the potential of an extra £10,000 bonus paid quarterly based upon hitting targets, the hours of work will consist of 39.5 hours a week. Duties of the Business Development Manager: Identify and produce new leads generated through the website and via social media.Internal sales actioned through telephone and email.Maintain and build relationships with new and existing clients.Work alongside the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns.Attend trade shows and industry events.Work to meet quarterly and annual sales targets.Create reports and forecasts based upon market intelligence.Keep up to date records and client information.Liaise with other departments to ensure that the customer experience is maintained at a high quality from order to delivery. Personal Attributes: Previous experience working in a B2B sales environment.Good knowledge and awareness of business trends and operations.Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.Confident on Microsoft Office packages, to include Word, Excel and Outlook.Du
