As they expand, over the next two to three years, they are strengthening their team and are now looking for a Talent Development Partner.They require a proactive and innovative individual with great experience in Talent Development as well as broader HR expertise to lead their talent agenda in partnership with the Director of People and Culture.Your new role In this role, you will be responsible for driving initiatives that enhance onboarding processes, career path development, training plans and learning frameworks, ensuring that talent remains engaged and equipped for future challenges. Key responsibilities within this role include:Onboarding and Integration: Design and implement effective onboarding programmes that ensure new hires feel welcomed, informed, and prepared for their roles within the organisation.Career Path Development: Collaborate with business managers to create clear and accessible career paths for employees at all levels, facilitating discussions about career aspirations and growth opportunities and sources of learning materials and events to support their growth.Career Planning Support: Provides guidance and support to employees in their career planning efforts, helping them identify development needs and opportunities for advancement.Learning
