We are currently seeking a professional, experienced SIA Door Supervisor to join our team for regular weekend shifts for a student homes in Leeds. Main Duties: Monitor access to the building or property, ensuring only authorized individuals enter. Check identification, visitor logs, and credentials for guests, contractors, or deliveries. Patrol premises regularly to deter and detect suspicious activity, safety hazards, or maintenance issues. Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, or incidents (e.g., fire alarms, disturbances, medical calls). Enforce property rules and regulations while maintaining professionalism and tact. Operate security systems, including CCTV, access control, and alarm panels. Write incident and daily activity reports, documenting any unusual occurrences or safety concerns.
