Job Title: Site Manager High-End Retail Fit Out and Refurbishment Location: King''s Cross, London Project Duration: Approx. 3.5 to 4 Months Start Date: 28th July 2025 Contract Type: Freelance Rate: £(Apply online only)/shift (negotiable depending on experience) About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a prestigious high-end retail fit out and refurbishment project located in King s Cross, London. The project will run for approximately 3.5 to 4 months and involves the delivery of high-spec finishes and exceptional attention to detail within a busy and high-profile location. Key Responsibilities: Day-to-day management of site operations to ensure delivery on time and to the highest standard Coordination of subcontractors and trades to maintain programme and quality expectations Enforcing health and safety protocols on-site Maintaining site records and reporting progress to project stakeholders Liaising with clients, consultants, and suppliers professionally Overseeing delivery and installation of premium finishes and bespoke joinery elements Requirements: SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) Essential CSCS Card (Black, White or Gold) Essential First Aid at Work Certification Essential Asbestos Awareness Certificate Essential Fire Marshal Certification Essential Demonstrable experience managing high-end fit out/refurbishment projects, preferably in retail environments Strong leadership skills and ability to manage in fast-paced environments
