Production Team Leader Full time, Permanent role Early and late shift rotation £48,000 - £52,500 per annum (OTE £50,400 - £54,625 per annum) Camberley About the Role Our client is seeking a Production Team Leader to join them in a full time, permanent role on a 2-shift rotation. The ideal candidate will be someone with experience leading and planning daily duties for teams of up to 30 production operators. Working hours Week 1: 5:30am 1:30pm Monday to Friday Week 2: 12:30pm 9pm Monday to Thursday and 12:30pm to 6pm Friday Production Team Leader Experience needed: Demonstrable supervisory or people management experience. Demonstrable experience of building strong relationships and managing diverse teams. Experience undertaking appraisals and performance management procedures. Experience of dealing with conflict and disciplinary procedures. Ability to work closely with others Team Leaders. Intermediate IT skills in MS Teams, Excel, and Word Experience in production management.
