About the Role:As a CBRE WHS, Risk and Compliance Sr. Manager, you will be responsible for managing the implementation and continuous improvement of the account''s compliance, risk, assurance, and Work Health and Safety (WHS) programs for both the AMS and EMEA regions.The role balances business enablement with robust risk and compliance oversight, providing leadership across regulatory compliance, risk identification, incident prevention, and assurance activities. What You''ll Do:Establish and lead strategic WHS, risk and compliance objectives across the business, ensuring alignment with CBRE, client, and regulatory requirements.Promote a positive and proactive culture to influence stakeholders, and to ensure compliance.Implement, and review playbooks, and procedures.
