Operations Supervisor - RedditchSalary: £35,000-£40,000 Contract: Full-time, PermanentReports to: Operations ManagerWe''re looking for a hands-on Operations Supervisor to lead daily warehouse activities and ensure high performance across inbound, outbound, and inventory operations. You''ll be the key decision-maker on the warehouse floor, driving productivity, quality, safety, and team engagement.Key ResponsibilitiesLead daily warehouse operations: goods-in, put-away, picking, packing, and dispatch.Run daily briefings, allocate tasks, and adjust labour to meet targets and cut-off times.Supervise and develop operational teams, including scheduling, coaching, and first-line absence management.Maintain high standards of accuracy, quality checks, stock integrity, and problem resolution.Enforce Health and Safety standards, conduct safety walks, and ensure training compliance.Monitor KPIs (productivity, accuracy, OTIF) and report daily performance.Support continuous improvement, SOP development, and WMS accuracy.RequirementsEssential:3+ years'' warehouse supervisory/team leader experienceStrong operational knowledge (goods-in, picking, packing, dispatch)Experience using WMS and basic Excel skillsStrong leadership, attention to detail, and HandS awarenessReliable, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced environmentDesirable:Start-up warehouse experienceMHE licences (counterbalance/reach)Experience with bulky goods/homewareIOSH Managing Safely or similarWhat We OfferOpportunity to
