As a General Maintenance Operative, you will support the engineering team in delivering building fabric maintenance to a tenanted commercial office. Duties as General Maintenance Operative:Client-facing; you will deal with stakeholders at all levels on a daily basis, so will need to communicate in a clear and polite manner.Escorting and supervising specialist sub-contractors on site.Engineering maintenance including but not limited to: Door fixtures and fittings.Painting and decorating.Light fittings and fixtures / changing lamps.Maintenance of macerators.Small plumbing works.
