ResponsibilitiesLead the continuous enhancement of Dynamics 365 CE by gathering requirements, prioritising features, and ensuring solutions align with business goals.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex business needs into clear, actionable product improvements.Oversee the full product lifecycle, from backlog management to release planning, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.Champion user experience, driving adoption through effective communication, training support, and iterative optimisation.Skills and ExperienceProven track record managing Dynamics 365 CE implementations, upgrades, and ongoing product evolution.Strong analytical capability to interpret business processes, identify gaps, and define practical, value-driven solutions.Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence, align, and support diverse teams.Familiarity with agile methodologies, balancing strategic product thinking with hands-on involvement in day-to-day delivery.BenefitsStarting Salary - £55k - £65k dependant on experience.
