Learning Support Assistant - SEN SchoolLocation: LambethStart Date: SeptemberFull-Time Term-Time Only 95 - 110 per day (depending on experience)Are you passionate about making a real difference in the lives of young people with special educational needs?We are working in partnership with a warm and welcoming SEN school and they are currently seeking a dedicated and empathetic Learning Support Assistant to join their outstanding team.About the Role:As an LSA, you will support students aged 4-18 with a range of complex needs, including Autism, ADHD, speech and language difficulties, and social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) challenges. You will work closely with teaching staff to deliver tailored learning and ensure every child is supported to reach their full potential - both academically and emotionally.Responsibilities:Provide 1:1 and small group support in and out of the classroomImplement personalised learning and behaviour plansSupport students with communication, regulation, and engagementPromote a nurturing and inclusive learning environmentWork collaboratively with teachers, therapists and parentsThe Ideal Candidate:Has experience working with children with SEN (either in a school or care setting)Is patient, resilient, and compassionateHas a good understanding of safeguarding and child protectionPossesses excellent communication and interpersonal skillsHolds an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or is willing to apply for oneWhy Join Through Us?Competitive daily
