The largest Inheritance Law Firm in Denmark with offices in Ireland, Spain and Sweden are looking for a Solicitor with a good knowledge in family probate to help shape the future of the company. 

This is a fully remote role. 

As Solicitor/Lawyer you will:

- Lead the implementation of Inheritance / Probate into the innovative legal platform.
- Initially collaborate closely with the IT team to integrate family Inheritance law into the systems.
- Develop and refine legal templates for Wills, Powers of Attorney, and other products.
- Assist in shaping and offering the company’s legal service in the UK
- Once the system aligns with UK law, transition to regular legal duties, including finalizing and fine-tuning relevant templates.

The successful Solicitor/Lawyer will have the following skills and experience:

- Experience in UK inheritance / probate with a proven record in drafting Wills, establishing enduring Powers of Attorney, and handling other matters.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to ensuring legal accuracy and compliance.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, start-up environment.
- Good IT skills
- Excellent communication skills

In return you will receive a salary of £40,000 - £60,000 pa.
