Deliver detailed variance analysis and insightful commentary against budget and forecast. Business partner with commercial, sales, and operations teams to influence performance and decision making. Confidently present financial insights to both finance and non-finance stakeholders. Lead and support system improvements and ERP implementation to enhance reporting and efficiency. Build and develop dashboards and advanced reporting using Excel, Power BI or Tableau. Support cash flow forecasting, budgeting and KPI reporting frameworks.
