PRINT OPERATOR Day or Night Shift available Onsite parking Competitive salary UK leading Print Company ROLE DETAILS Collect and process work sent down from the repro/print department.Ensure that the work is sized correctly, and the appropriate correction curve is applied, QC to job requirements.Maintain and process work according to the production schedule.Notify the supervisor/manager when a major issue is encountered.Problem solve minor issues, to ensure that the work flows smoothly through the department;Operating Print Machines / Guillotines and Folders Maintain the machinery to manufacturers recommendations.Keep work area and machinery clean and tidySelect the correct media profile then rip the job to be printed (training will be given if needed).ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE Thorough knowledge of print production practices and processes.Experience with Muller / Heidelberg Operational experience with print.Demonstrable attention to detail.Reliable, trustworthy and conscientious.Flexible and effective team member.EXPERIENCE REQUIREDTeam playerTo be known for ''making things happen'' through great serviceA pro-active and ''can do'' attitude
