You will have experience as a manager and have experience working within a similar role or sector. Your team will be responsible for operational exam security, ensuring that millions of learners receive accurate, fair exam results, and that thousands of exam centres globally comply with our high standards for delivering exams. We''re looking for someone who understands the threats and challenges relating to exam fraud and who can put in place mitigations on a global scale to address these. About the Role Lead a dedicated team responsible for managing test security throughout the exam process. Provide guidance and development opportunities to support their growth in the roles. Review processes and policies to ensure they are robust and suitable for their purpose, and introduce practices designed to address exam fraud in both paper-based and digital formats. Assess and manage risks related to exam integrity and implem
