This role requires a balance of leadership, deep technical expertise, and a passion for building both great products and a great engineering culture.Remove barriers focus on efficiency and performance by eradicating bias and exclusive processesArchitect for the Future: Design and oversee a scalable, secure, and reliable system architecture, making key decisions on technology and infrastructure.Drive Technical Excellence: Be proactive in identifying and addressing tech debt, championing best practices, and ensuring the long-term health of our platform.Tech Lead, Engineering Manager, or previous Head of Technology) with a background in hands-on development.Proven experience leading technical projects and managing developers (in-house or outsourced).Well-versed in Python, Django and Databases that includes PostgreSQL, Mongo, Neo4j.Experience designing and building scalable systems, ideally with microservice architectures.Experience withAI/ML workloadsandTerraformis highly beneficial.Strategic Thinking:Ability to see the bigger picture and make technical decisions that support long-term business goals.A passion for leading teams and helping other engineers grow.Pragmatism:An understanding of the trade-offs required in a startup environment, balancing speed with quality.About us
