Credit Administrator
Overview
Credit Administrator – Wetherby. Hybrid role: 2 days in the office (Tuesday and Wednesday) and 3 days working from home (Monday, Thursday and Friday). Hours 8:30am to 4:45pm.Salary: £24,700 plus £4,000 bonus spread over 12 months. Benefits include 25 days holiday plus bank holidays and Christmas closure. Onsite parking available.Responsibilities
Sales ledger posting and reconciliation – high volume up to £1 million a monthDebit/credit notesResponding to customer/supplier or internal queriesEnsure supplier accounts are settled within termsMaintain and reconcile Direct Debit mandatesDaily transactions for petty cash and weekly reconciliationsPrepare cheque, BACS, TT for paymentReconcile supplier statementsExcel reporting is a key part of the role; confident with Excel and familiar with VLOOKUPsQualifications and Desired Qualities
At least 1 year of relevant accounts/compliance experience, ideally within financeHighly organized with a high level of attention to detailStrong numeracy and communication skillsExcellent time managementOther details
