Senior Radiographer / Mammographer Location: Lyca Health Orpington Hours: 40 Hours Per WeekShifts: Between Monday and Sunday 07.30 - 20.30Contract: PermanentStarting Salary: £40,000-£42,500 per annum (depends on experience)Are you an HCPC registered Radiographer, experienced in working across a variety of modalities? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you.You will work on rotation carrying out diagnostic imaging in a range of modalities including Mammography, MRI, CT, X-Ray and TheatreRole ResponsibilitiesAs a Senior Radiographer you will:Undertake Screening and symptomatic mammogramsUndertake MRI CT, general x-ray and Theatre activity as required.Act as an Operator under the IR(ME)R Radiation Regulations and assess the clinical justification of referrals.Actively participate in quality improvements and audits.Mentor junior staff and deputise for the Lead Radiographer as required.Person SpecificationEssentialValid HCPC registration.Postgraduate Certificate in MammographyHave extensive post qualification experience including proficiency in Mammography.Have evidence of continuous professional development.Minimum 2 years'' experience in MRIHave excellent interpersonal and communication skills.DesirableHave post qualification experience in CT/XR/TheatreHave experience working on Philips and GE Imaging equ
