Maintenance Engineer

Salary: £52,500 + Bonuses + Training & Development + Pension
Location: Boston, Lincolnshire
Shift: 4 on 4 off - Days & Nights

The Maintenance Engineer role

• Planned and reactive maintenance across food processing and packaging machinery
• Electrical fault finding on PLCs, inverters, control panels and site services
• Supporting improvements, projects and new machinery installations
• Maintaining high standards across engineering and food-grade environments

Maintenance Engineer - What they're looking for

• Level 3 qualification or a completed apprenticeship
• Strong electrical skills with solid mechanical understanding
• Previous experience working as a Maintenance Engineer in FMCG or food production
• A proactive approach to maintenance and problem solving
• Commutable to Boston
