You will be ensure staff are trained, motivated and are delivering standards of performance at all times. You will be a motivated, enthusiastic and passionate individual. Customer service is at the heart of this role so you will need to be able to demonstrate at interview where you and your team have provided amazing service that met a customer''s needs.
