Key Responsibilities
- Carry out holistic assessments of children and young people with disabilities in their home environments.
- Asses, recommend and provide specialist equipment to support daily living and independence i.e. specialist seating, moving and handling, bathing and toileting.
- Assess for and contribute to home adaptations, ensuring environments are safe, functional, and fit for purpose.
- Work closely with families and carers, providing guidance, reassurance, and practical support.
