Scheme ManagerHightown are looking for a dynamic Scheme Manager to lead a supported scheme providing accommodation for up to 20 single homeless people in Broxbourne which includes floating supporting into the community.The team offer a trauma-informed, safe environment that is person-centred and supports homeless individuals to access the help they need.
