We are currently advertising on behalf of an Automotive Accident Repair Centre, who are currently recruiting for a Bodyshop Advisor to assist in their busy team in the Pontypridd area.

Our Motor Trade Client is seeking a Bodyshop Advisor who is high performing and can provide only the best level of customer service.

- Either full-time or part-time hours available.
- If full-time, the hours are 8:00am-5:00pm Monday to Friday. If part-time, you will ideally work 3 days per week; however, there is flexibility with this for the right person. 

Requirements:

- A working experience within this role or similar
- Able to work independently and make decisions.
- Confident phone etiquette.
- Customer Focused and an excellent communicator
- Familiarity with using Motor Dealership Database Software

Duties:

- Professionally communicate with customers about repair work required on their vehicle
- Produce Job Cards on in-house computer systems
- Update Customers and Vehicle Records
- Prepare and complete Invoices
- Advise Customer on estimated costs of repairs and timescales of work due to be completed
- Liaise with Insurance Companies

For your hard work as a Bodyshop Advisor our client is offering a negotiable starting salary pending experience.

Full time and part time roles are available. Full time hours are Monday to Friday 08:00am-5:00pm, whereas part time work will be 3 days a week.
