Drive performance through regular 1:1s, team meetings, and performance reviews. Promote a culture of continuous improvement, ensuring best practice is shared across teams. Support the delivery of departmental objectives, ensuring customer and retailer satisfaction targets are achieved. Oversee compliance with all relevant regulatory and process requirements. Act as an escalation point for complex customer or retailer enquiries. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer outcomes.
