As Nursery Manager, you’ll take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the setting. You’ll lead with clarity, compassion, and professionalism—ensuring the highest standards of care, learning, and compliance. You’ll work closely with the Deputy Manager and leadership team, and provide occasional support across multiple sites.

What We’re Looking For:
- A confident leader with a warm, people-focused approach
- Deep understanding of the EYFS and safeguarding legislation
- Ability to build strong relationships with staff, children, and families
- Passion for inclusion and narrowing the gap for disadvantaged children
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
- Level 3 qualification in a UK-recognised Early Years qualification
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience working in a nursery setting
- Prior leadership experience in early years
- Knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding frameworks
- GCSE or equivalent in Maths (or willingness to gain this within 2 years)
- Ability to travel between sites if needed
- Comfortable using IT and digital systems
