As Executive Assistant to the Head of Hotels, you will play a pivotal role in the smooth and efficient running of our leadership office. This position requires a highly organised, discreet, and proactive individual who can anticipate needs, manage complex schedules, and support strategic business initiatives across the Montcalm Collection portfolio. This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-driven professional with strong business acumen and a passion for luxury hospitality to contribute to the success of a dynamic, fast-growing hotel group.Key Responsibilities
Provide full executive and administrative support to the Head of Hotels, including diary management, travel coordination, and meeting preparationAct as a liaison between the Head of Hotels and internal/external stakeholders, always maintaining professionalism and confidentialityManage communications on behalf of the Head of Hotels, drafting correspondence, presentations, and reports as requiredCoordinate and minute senior management meetings, ensuring timely follow-up on actions and prioritiesSupport the preparation and submission of board reports, performance updates, and key documents for group-wide initiativesOrganise events, leadership offsites, and cross-departmental projectsMonitor deadlines and assist with project management support across operational and strategic workstreamsAssist with HR and confidential staff-related matters in collaboration with People and CultureChampion the values and ethos of the Montcalm Collection in every interactionAbout You
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant at C-suite or senior leadership level, ideally within hospitality, lifestyle, or a creative sectorExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with a natural ability to engage diplomatically and professionallyHigh level of discretion and integrity in managing sensitive informationStrong organisational and project coordination skills, with the ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environmentTech-savvy, confident with Microsoft Office, project management tools, preparation programmes and calendar platformsPassion for hospitality, luxury service, and brand storytellingCalm, poised, and solutions-orientedWhat We Offer
